eScan provides an unique application for exhibitors to collect data and leverage opportunities from sales prospects at the exhibition. eScan is an easy way to improve the efficiency of organising contact information collected during the event.

Using your Scanning Device you simply point and scan.

This will collect the unique number of the person being scanned.
You can use this device with the standard qualifier bar-code sheet or
your can create your own custom qualifiers by then scanning any number of qualifiers. 

Post Event - Return the unit to the registration desk or email your file.

RegOnsite will email you a link to your leads within 24 hours.
From this link you will be able to logon and view visitor details, as well as export as an Excel or csv file.
