The registration process was seamless and went off without a hitch. Having the scanners there saved a lot of time and allowed the attendees time to network and not wait in line. The badges and the amazing QR code was a tech innovation at the event and was utilised a lot which was great.
As you are probably aware, the registration period is a very busy time. Having Vanessa there early to setup the PC and the printer reduced the risk of us running into any issues. She printed any badges that needed to be still be printed, checked the scanners to make sure they were compatible, answered technical questions and she taught the event staff how to utilise the PC and printer. She was very professional and knowledgeable and was vital in ensuring the registration process was seamless on the day.”
